AFFILIATE SERVICES

Affiliate Services provides support and assistance in the development of affiliations, relationships and alliances with non-OSF organizations. The primary focus of Affiliate Services is physician clinics, but includes other entities such as hospitals, Independent Physician Associations (IPA), charitable organizations, foundations and other organizations. 

Affiliate Services is also responsible for coordinating due diligence activities regarding all acquisitions and affiliation opportunities. The development of partnerships with such organizations must be appropriate to the overall strategic plans of OSF HealthCare. These relationships must also support the Mission and Values of The Sisters of the Third Order of Saint Francis.
